In one year, our high school’s ELL exit rate increased from 8% to 22%. This dramatic growth stems from implementing unique collaborative structures that distribute teacher leadership throughout our 150-member faculty through horizontally and vertically-aligned, data-driven Professional Learning Communities. We share our structures and implementation process in this session.
