Trained ESL/EFL instructors are often called upon to step in as teacher trainers when working abroad. This can be especially challenging when the trainees lack both experience and theoretical knowledge of language and pedagogy. This session provides practical knowledge and techniques on training volunteers to be effective ESL instructors.
