This practical workshop, led by two experienced higher education English teachers, focuses on teaching best email practices to international college students. ESL students often make common mistakes in subject lines, salutations, paragraphs, requests, and closings. These ‘good mistakes’ can cause confusion, misunderstanding, and negative responses. Reproducible handouts provided.
