Reflections on 'Dogfooding' at the Community College
The tech term, “dogfooding” describes testing new programs prior to release. Gonzales (2015) applies the term to education, referring to teachers completing assignments rather than simply assigning them. This presentation will include the reflections of an instructor who attempted the practice. Challenges, benefits, and student reactions will all be discussed.
