I have been honored to be a teacher for the past 21 years! I earned my B.A. in English & Linguistics from Cal Poly State Univ., then joined the Peace Corps and taught English in Botswana. Next, I taught in NYC public high schools while earning my M.A. in TESOL from Columbia University Teachers College. For the past 15 years I’ve taught English and ESOL in community colleges in Chicago, San Francisco, and now San Diego. One of my greatest passions is the intersection of education and technology.
